Doctor dead after tow truck crash in Wyoming County

 

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A driver was killed in a crash in Wyoming County Tuesday.

 

According to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Dr. Richard Milazzo Jr., 80, was driving west on Wethersfield Road around 2:30 p.m. when he was hit by a tow truck heading south on Hermitage Road. Both vehicles were pushed off the road. Milazzo was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

Investigators said the tow truck driver had the right of way at the time of the crash. No charges were filed.
