TowForce Posted 9 hours ago Share Posted 9 hours ago BRIDGELAND, Utah (KUTV) — Two occupants of an SUV traveling on SR-40 were transported in critical condition after colliding with a tow truck. Utah Department of Transportation authorities said a Chevrolet Blazer carrying the driver and sole passenger was traveling on SR-40 through the Bridgeland community in Duchesne County on Wednesday, Sept. 18. At 3:35 p.m. around milepost 96.5, the Blazer collided with a flatbed tow truck. Officials said the two occupants of the Blazer were transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, one by air ambulance. Both occupants of the Blazer are tribal members. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is investigating this crash with assistance from Utah Highway Patrol. No other details were released.
