Attention Florida Towing Industry

The Professional Wrecker Operators of Florida (PWOF) was instrumental in passing HB179 during this year’s legislative session.

As of July 1, Florida towing operators can now charge a Lien Release Fee not to exceed $250.This is in addition to all other towing and storage charges when a vehicle or vessel is released to the owner, lienholder or insurance company.

This will help companies and their employees at a time of record rising cost of living and business expenses.
