We have a different weight regualtions, I think. and in the city we can`t have long trucks, because of the sharp corners, and tight intersection. Theres is a difference between : Towing , and Recoverying. Recovery means to take a truck / bus from the road, and to the neerest possible place to set it down ( often the nears reparshop. o.l ) As long as we have some weight on the stearing axels. its Ok!. Towing, over long distances requires 20% weight on the stearing axels. and we can have 27Tonns on a Tandem. MAX. Thats why we have 4 axel trucks, whit weigths over the second stearing axel. som emptey, we drive whit full axelpreasure on the front. Here is a picture of the valve bank.
